SquadDeck Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SquadDeck! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SquadDeck website and mobile application, provided by SquadDeck LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use SquadDeck.

5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use SquadDeck in accordance with all applicable laws and not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use SquadDeck to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
- Interfere with the operation of SquadDeck or any related services.
6. Content Ownership and License
6.1 Your Content
By submitting content to SquadDeck (such as team information, communications, or images), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, modify, and display your content to provide and improve our services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit this content.
6.2 Our Content
SquadDeck, and its content (such as logos, trademarks, designs, and text) are the exclusive property of SquadDeck LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent.
7. Payment and Subscription Plans
SquadDeck offers both free and premium subscription plans. Payment for premium plans is required upfront. By purchasing a premium subscription, you agree to our pricing and payment terms. We may modify our pricing at any time, and such changes will be communicated to you in advance. Your continued use of the premium services constitutes acceptance of any pricing changes.
8. Free Trial
SquadDeck may offer free trials for premium plans at our discretion. These trials are subject to these Terms and may have specific conditions. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial, you will be charged the applicable fees for the premium plan.
9. Refund Policy
Please review our Refund Policy for detailed information on refund eligibility, requests, and processing times. Refunds are available for premium plan purchases within 7 days, subject to certain conditions.
10. Termination and Cancellation
10.1 User Termination
You may cancel your SquadDeck account at any time. If you are on a premium plan, cancellation will revert your account to the free plan. You will not be entitled to any refunds for amounts paid prior to cancellation, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
10.2 SquadDeck Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any unlawful or improper use of SquadDeck. We also reserve the right to discontinue any aspect of SquadDeck at our discretion.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
SquadDeck is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that SquadDeck will meet your requirements or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SquadDeck LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SquadDeck. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SquadDeck LLC, its affiliates, and its employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of SquadDeck or your violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and we will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of SquadDeck after the changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes arising from these Terms shall be filed in the courts of Arizona.
