Refund Policy for SquadDeck

At SquadDeck, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. This refund policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for requesting a refund for our Sports Club Management software.

Eligibility for Refund:

1.1 Basic Plan

The basic plan of SquadDeck is completely free, and therefore no refunds are applicable for the basic plan.

1.2 Premium Plans

Refunds may be applicable for premium plans, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Refund Requests:

2.1 To initiate a refund request, you must submit a refund request within 7 days from the date of your initial purchase or payment.

2.2 You can submit a refund request by contacting our customer support team via email at hello@squaddeck.app or through our Contact us.

Cancel Subscription:

3.1 To cancel a subscription of any premium package you can go to your dashboard and from the system you can cancel the subscription and stop recurring payments.

3.2 When you cancel your subscription from any premium packages, you will be shifted to the basic plan and will be able to use the basic features.

Refund Process:

4.1 Once we receive your refund request, our customer support team will review it within a reasonable time frame or maximum 3 working days.

4.2 If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method used for the purchase. We will also notify this process via email.

4.3 The refund amount will be limited to the amount paid for the premium plan, excluding any taxes or additional fees.

4.4 Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period, typically within 7-14 business days.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

5.1 SquadDeck reserves the right to deny refund requests in the following circumstances:

a) If the refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.

b) If the premium plan has been used extensively, and the customer has derived significant benefit from its usage.

c) If the refund request is due to reasons beyond the control of SquadDeck, such as changes in your business requirements, closure of your sports club, or any other external factors unrelated to our software.
